Would you like to go on a picnic trip and enjoy the stunning scenery from the water, where you can savour your own food and beverages during the sail?
The picnic boat is equipped with an outboard motor and comes with fuel. Life jackets are provided.
You can also opt for our new free offer, “Voice of the Fjord” where during your fjord trip you can hear about the history of Karrebæksminde.
There is room for 7 people, and the boats sail at a maximum of 5 knots.
We also offer funeral sailings with the scattering of ashes from our picnic boats. Contact us for further information about this option.

Your safety is important to us. We only use approved, high-quality equipment, and our instructors inspect all equipment before use. There is first aid equipment available on Rotteøen and fire extinguishers in all boats.
Marine Event offers rentals of picnic boats, sea kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and bicycles.
Kayaks and SUP boards can sail anywhere, while boats must remain within the designated sailing area.
You will receive instructions when you arrive, as well as a five-minute introductory tour with a seasoned captain to guide you through operating the boat. All of this is included in the price.
Marine Event uses approved, high-quality equipment that is inspected by instructors before use. There is first aid equipment on Rotteøen and fire extinguishers in all tenders.
